Policies

  1. Items ordered can only be returned for exchange, i.e. size or color, whichever is applicable. For concerns about fit, the customer has to state they want to have the right to return the item for a refund if there's a fit problem. This will be noted on invoice. If this is not stated on the invoice then the terms in item 3 applies. With the right to return for refund the customer is responsible for freight both to and the return.
  2. If Pro Race Gear has sent an item that was not ordered, then Pro Race Gear will refund sale plus return freight. Or reship correct item at no charge.
  3. If an item needs to be returned for size or color change, the customer has to pay return freight plus reshipment freight cost.
  4. Any item to be returned requires you contact Pro Race Gear for RMA #.
  5. All returns are to be sent back in original new sellable condition with all packaging and materials included. Any item not meeting these guidelines will be rejected for return and customer will have to arrange freight payment for return.
  6. In order to comply with Arai's policies about correct fit, before we can ship you a helmet, we need your head size information. You 1st need to measure around the widest part of your upper head, ie. the crown. We need the measurement in centimeters. If you do not understand or are unsure of how or what to do please call or email so we can go over it with you.

 

Warranty

  1. Pro Race Gear offers no expressed or implied warranties. The only warranties for either Arai Helmets or Sidi Boots are those provided by the manufacturer.
  2. Sidi Boots warranty is provided by Motonation. Arai Helmets warranty is provided by Arai Helmets of America
  3. For Arai Helmets follow warranty card instructions.
  4. For Sidi Boots contact Pro Race Gear for instructions on how to return items for reason of defect.
